Drenaje de Patio

Water drainage problems are usually caused by flat and/or concave terrain surfaces where runoff water is concentrated. Also, clayey soil or the lack of a natural water outlet allows water to remain stagnant and cause issues.Depending on the application, there are different reasons as to why soil drainage is important. A few examples are listed below:

1) Avoid puddles when it rains in certain yard areas which in turn damages grass and/or flowers
2) Improvement of crop production (farming)

3) Quality of terrain for sports fields (commercial)

4) Garden landscaping (residential, commercial)

5) Soil characteristics preservation (residential, commercial, farming)

Landscape Drainage

Hay dos tipos de drenaje:

Drenaje superficial: As its name indicates, the construction of the drainage is carried out on the surface of the land with the objective of driving the excess water towards a gravity runoff.

Drenaje subterráneo: Its construction and installation is carried out under the surface of the ground with the aim of capturing and dislodging excess water

Fuentes de Exceso de Agua

Los excesos de agua pueden ser causados por diversos factores:

•Excessive precipitation (storm drainage)

Exceso de agua creado por un sistema de irrigación

•Underground filtrations of adjacent areas (For example adjacent reservoirs)

•Overflows through natural channels or channels (over low areas)
